How much does it cost to rent a villa with MANERI?
Weekly prices start from €2,500 at Villa L'Annesso and Villa Fecciano and go up to €18,000 at Poggio alla Fame. Each villa page shows the price it starts from; the exact figure depends on the season and the length of your stay. Send us your dates and the number of guests: we reply within 24 hours with availability and an exact quote for each villa that fits.
Which villas sleep 10 guests or more?
Villa Petroio (up to 20 guests, 7 bedrooms), Poggio alla Fame (18 guests, 6 bedrooms), Poggio alla Famina (14 guests, 6 bedrooms) and Triano (10 guests, 5 bedrooms). Villa Petroio and Poggio alla Fame also have separate annexes, so families travelling together each get their own space.
Which villas suit a couple or a small group?
Montelodoli near Gaiole in Chianti: two suites for up to 4 guests with an infinity pool, always rented to one group. For up to 6 guests: Villa L'Annesso near Siena and Villa Fecciano near Lajatico.
Do all the villas have a private pool?
Every villa has a pool, and most are private. At Villa Fecciano the pool is shared with two neighbouring private houses, and at Villa L'Annesso the owner of the neighbouring house may occasionally use the estate pool.
When can we stay?
Most villas are rented from April to October, when the pools are open. Triano can also be booked in winter. Tell us your dates and we tell you which villas are free.
Is it safe to book directly with MANERI?
Yes. MANERI is a brand of NANO'S S.R.L. (VAT IT01490750526), a Tuscan company with offices in Torrita di Siena, and every direct booking comes with a written contract. With the BeSafe insured rate, for 5% more, you can cancel free of charge at any time and the insurance reimburses your stay.
What is included in the price?
The whole villa for your group, utilities, air conditioning where the house has it, and a cleaning every seven days. A refundable security deposit applies, and the amount depends on the villa. Tourist tax, where the town charges it, is extra. Daily cleaning, a private chef, transfers and experiences are arranged on request and paid separately.
Can we hold a wedding or an event at a villa?
Yes, at five villas: Poggio alla Fame, Villa Petroio (events up to 30 guests), Poggio alla Famina, Triano and Villa Aurora. We rent the villa and work with a catering and events partner who quotes the event itself. Spaces and capacities are on our Weddings & Events page.
Which area of Tuscany should we choose?
Chianti and the Siena countryside for wine and short drives to Siena and Florence: Montelodoli, Villa L'Annesso and Villa Aurora. The Val d'Orcia and Valdichiana for the landscapes around Montalcino and Montepulciano: Poggio alla Famina and Villa Petroio. The Valtiberina for space and privacy: Poggio alla Fame. Volterra and San Gimignano for medieval towns and quiet countryside: Pieve di Ponsano. The Lucca and Pisa hills if you want the coast within reach: Triano and Villa Fecciano.
