Special rates for different holidays include:
Republic Day Bridge - €2.500 per night (June 1st to June 3rd)
Palio di Siena - €3.700 per night (July 1st to July 3rd)
Ferragosto/Palio di Siena 2 - €4.000 per night (August 14th to August 17th)
Halloween Weekend - €2.100 per night (October 30th and October 31st)
*Each guest above 14 adds 100€ per night per guest. Cleaning fee of 500€ is not included in the price. City tax of €0.80 per person per night, up to 5 nights, is not included in the price.
