Our villas are in nine areas of Tuscany, from the Lucca hills to the Valtiberina, all run from one office in Torrita di Siena. We are also taking on villas on the coast at Forte dei Marmi.

We can rent it and run it for you, or check on it while it stays empty. Either way you deal with one office and get a report you can read.

If you want to rent it

Full management

We rent the house and run it: bookings and prices, guests, cleaning and linen, maintenance, pool and garden, the Italian tax and paperwork. You get a report and a payment every month.

For a house that stays closed. We visit on a schedule, send a photo report after every visit and call you within 24 hours if something is wrong.

How we run it

We run every house from our office in Torrita di Siena, in the Valdichiana. Every house has its own checklists. Cleaning, laundry, pool and garden are done by local people we know and check, and every visit ends with a photo report. Spending above the amount we agree with you waits for your approval.

The first step is a free evaluation of your house. It costs nothing and does not commit you to anything.

Which areas of Tuscany does MANERI cover?

Our villas are in nine areas: the Lucca hills, the Florence countryside, the Pisa countryside, Chianti, the Valtiberina, the Siena countryside, the Valdichiana, the Val d'Orcia and the Volterra countryside. We are now taking on villas on the coast at Forte dei Marmi.

Does MANERI manage villas on the Tuscan coast?

Not yet. We are taking on our first houses on the Versilia coast around Forte dei Marmi. Our nearest villa today is Triano, in the hills above Lucca, about 40 minutes from the beach.

What does villa management with MANERI include?

Bookings and prices, guests from the first message to check-out, cleaning and linen, maintenance, pool and garden care, photos and listings, and the Italian tax and paperwork. Owners get a report every month. If your house stays empty, Home Watch covers visits on a schedule instead.

Is MANERI a local company?

Yes. MANERI is a brand of NANO'S S.R.L., a Tuscan company. Our office is in Torrita di Siena, and the work on the ground is done by local people we know and check.

How do I get my villa managed by MANERI?

Ask for a free evaluation. We look at where the house is, how it is set up and how it runs today, then tell you honestly whether we are a good fit. Getting started usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from the first call.

My area is not on the list. Can you still help?

Write to us anyway. If the house is close to one of these areas we may be able to take it on. If we cannot keep our standard there, we will tell you.
