How do I book a consultation?
Choose one of the three sessions and press “Book and pay”. The Stripe payment page opens in a new tab. Once you have paid, we contact you to fix the date and time of the call.
When does the call take place?
We agree the date and time with you after payment.
Which session should I choose?
Thirty minutes is enough for a few quick questions or a first look at a property. One hour leaves time for pricing, platforms and automation. Two hours suit complex properties or owners with several listings. If you are unsure, write to us before you pay.
In which language are the calls?
English or Italian.
Is this the same as the free evaluation?
No. The evaluation is for owners who want MANERI to manage their villa, and it is free. A consultation is paid advice for owners who keep running the villa themselves.
