Founder
Niccolò Bartoli
Owners usually speak to Niccolò first. He takes on every new villa himself, from the first visit to the end of its first season, and the pricing of each house goes through him.

Office and bookings
Stefania
Stefania runs the office day to day. Bookings, guest support and requests from owners whose villa we already manage all go through her.
