A wedding day

One day, no transfers.

From breakfast on the terrace to the fire at midnight, everything happens inside the gates and everyone gets around on foot. Photographed at Poggio alla Fame.

Coffee on the terrace
The wedding party slept at the villa, so nobody has to drive in or arrive late. The florist is already through the lower gate and setting up.

Getting ready
One suite for each side of the couple, both with plenty of daylight. The photographer is already on site and moves between the two.

Ceremony on the lawn
The chairs face the valley and the house stands behind you. Late afternoon gives the best light of the day.

Aperitivo at the pool
The bar by the pool faces west, so drinks are served as the sun goes down, and the photographer gets the sunset without moving anyone.

Dinner at the long table
The chef works in the villa kitchen and the catering team uses the courtyard, never the lawn. First dance, then the cake.

The fire and the cellar
The brazier is lit among the olive trees and the cellar opens for the last glass. Eighteen guests walk to bed; everyone else has a driver waiting at the gate.

Your planner, chef and florist are welcome, or you can use the people we work with. Access and timings are agreed with everyone before the event week.

One of our team is on site from the first van to the last, with every gate key and every technician's number.

Big birthdays

A week with everyone: a chef on two of the nights, the pizza oven on the others and the pool during the day.

Around twenty guests, a ceremony at sunset and dinner in the garden. At this size you need no marquee and no planner.
