Ask us directlyYes. Between 8 and 20 people sleep at the villa depending on the house: the couple, parents and closest family. Everyone else stays in hotels and country houses nearby, and we arrange the transfers.
For 80 guests or more, yes, and we can introduce planners who already know our villas. Up to about 30 guests, our office coordinates the day directly.
Symbolic ceremonies and blessings, yes, in the garden of every villa. Civil ceremonies take place at the nearest town hall, 10 to 20 minutes away. On-site authorisation is being requested for Poggio alla Fame.
Every villa has an indoor plan for the house party and a marquee position for larger numbers. Both are agreed at the site visit, so nothing is decided on the morning.
Summer weekends go 12 to 18 months ahead. May, June and September are the most requested. Midweek dates and October leave more room, and the light is the best of the year.
Yes, after a site visit with our team. Kitchen, loading area and catering set-up are on the technical sheet. Our own chefs and caterers on request.
Outdoors until the time set in the event agreement, usually between 11 pm and 1 am depending on the villa. Indoors, the party continues in the main lounge.
The technical sheet shows gates, drive and where vans turn. Poggio alla Fame has three private gated entrances: guests, suppliers and service traffic never cross. A MANERI person opens the gates from the first delivery.
Mains power for the kitchen and the bar area in every villa. A silent generator is recommended for catering ovens and lighting rigs, placed out of sight. Above 50-60 guests, luxury event toilets are brought in; position agreed at the site visit.
Commission on the venue fee for planners and agencies. Full trade conditions, deposit and cancellation terms come with the quote. Events are priced apart from the stay and always include exclusive use of the villa.
