A bright main living area opens onto the terrace and panoramic hills, creating a natural flow between indoor comfort and outdoor life. Two fully equipped kitchens make hosting effortless, whether you are planning relaxed breakfasts, long Tuscan lunches, or a private chef dinner.

Outdoors, the 15m infinity pool blends into the landscape, framed by loungers, a brand-new gazebo and a pergola lounge. The property includes terraces, garden space, olive trees and gated parking, so your group can settle in and enjoy the entire hill in complete privacy.

  • Mid-stay cleaning is not included. Extra cleaning can be arranged with our trusted team, paid directly.
  • Pool heating is available on request: €150 activation + €150 per day.
  • Seasonality: pool typically closed from November to end of April.
  • House rules: check-in after 5:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
  • Safety: external security cameras on the property; pool or hot tub may not be fenced; some elevated areas may not have railings.
