We really enjoyed the house. It's beautiful and very well kept, very comfortable, with a wonderful view. The pool is exceptional.

The photos of the house are so beautiful they looked like Photoshop, but when we arrived, the house and the view were even better! Everything is exactly like the pictures, only more beautiful in person. The house is wonderful, well located and with a breathtaking panorama, and very well equipped: we barbecued and cooked, and it had everything we needed. The guidance and full support from the host were excellent, from tips on where to buy wine to booking a winery visit and recommending a private chef who cooked dinner for us at the house. Everything was wonderful; we will definitely be back!

This Tuscan villa was nothing short of spectacular! We felt like we were living in a postcard for an entire week. The location is breathtaking, with rolling hills and vineyards making every moment picturesque, and it's incredibly convenient to Montepulciano and other charming Tuscan towns, making day trips a breeze. We loved the privacy and spaciousness of the villa, which gave us room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The quality of the furnishings was a pleasant surprise, and the modern bathrooms and kitchen were top-notch. The house itself is beautiful, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking and family time. We couldn't have asked for a more idyllic stay!

This place was perfect for our large family. Sometimes you assume the pictures you see online are enhanced... but this place is exactly like the photos. The view is breathtaking and the house is impeccable in every way. We had a small issue with the hot water at first, but the host was extremely responsive and fixed it right away. I would definitely stay again when I'm back in the area.

The host was always attentive and replied immediately. A special mention for the recommendation of chef Nicholas: we thoroughly enjoyed both the meals and the cooking class. What a wonderful place to celebrate our 60th birthdays with our children and grandchildren. We all loved the villa! The pool was fantastic and the house had everything we needed. The location was great: easy to reach many towns, close to a grocery store and excellent restaurants in Montepulciano. And what a view! Wow! Highly recommended, thank you for the memories.

Absolutely breathtaking location, right in the middle of the vineyard with views of Montepulciano. The house is beautiful, with comfortable beds and lots of space, the layout is perfect for large groups, and the house is stocked with everything everyone needs. My only complaint is that the solar-powered systems were not working effectively during our stay: the kitchen area got warm and a rain storm interrupted the hot water for a day. We really enjoyed the place and would consider returning.

Beautiful house and area! It was also well stocked for cooking, with good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Being a rural area there are some bugs, but that's to be expected.

I can't say enough about the beauty surrounding this property! The views were incredible. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy the local wine, and the kitchen and living room windows were the best features. The outdoor space was also beautiful and very peaceful. The main town is just a ten-minute drive away, with many small towns within 30 to 90 minutes. A great option for five couples, as all the bedrooms had private bathrooms. The hosts provided lots of helpful information to enhance our stay and were very responsive!

Beautiful house in a great location, clean and spacious. Very welcoming and modern! The only reason I give 4 stars is that it was warm at night in the bedrooms. Apart from that, a fantastic experience and I would return!

The pre-check-in information was completely transparent, honest and straightforward. Communication was easy and no question was too small to be answered: a very passionate, no-fuss host, thank you for having us. The accommodation was exactly as described and very well equipped, and once warmed up it was very cosy. The grounds were lovely too. Peace and privacy guaranteed, plus beautiful sunsets.

Beautiful home in a perfect location! Every bedroom has a private bathroom and there's plenty of space to spend time together. We traveled with a group of 7 adults and 3 young children. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic, very responsive before and during our stay, with lightning-fast replies and quick resolution of a few small things that came up. Their recommendations for local activities and an in-house chef were fantastic. Highly recommended!

This home and this host are both 10/10. I'd happily stay here again. The house is pristine and stunning: the perfect place to call home while enjoying everything Montepulciano has to offer and beyond. Amazing villa near lovely Montepulciano. The villa and pool are beautifully set among the vineyards and the Tuscan landscape, and the house is beautifully furnished in a modern style. My family and extended family loved their stay here.

This place is amazing! Seriously, the view alone made it worth every penny. The house is set up perfectly so that the vineyards, and even the hilltop town of Montepulciano, are visible from almost every room. We took beautiful walks through the surrounding vineyards, and make sure to schedule a wine tour and tasting at Tenuta Abbadia Vecchia, a five-minute walk from the villa! The pool and outdoor spaces are fantastic: we had several meals on the covered patio and loved the evening sunsets. I also loved that Montepulciano is only a 10-minute drive away, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay, and I've never had a more communicative and responsive host!

Wow. This villa is absolutely unreal. The views both inside and out are breathtaking and the closeness for my group was perfect. I researched extensively before landing on Poggio alla Famina and I'm so pleased with my choice. It's hard to find something with the modern amenities of this home that still retains its old-world charm. The pool is gorgeous and was perfect for our group of 10 to unwind after our Italian holiday. Highly recommended.

The property host and the host who managed our trip were very helpful from start to finish. The home is lovely and very comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is a few small things, such as wanting more towels and quicker laundry. That said, the space was perfect for our family of 13! The large kitchen was wonderful for preparing our meals with the chefs the host recommended, and the property and view were breathtaking. We had a wonderful stay! Tuscany is a very special place and the memories will last a lifetime!
