For villas we rent, we work on commission: a percentage of the rental revenue, agreed villa by villa after the evaluation. It depends on the villa and on what you hand over to us, for example pool, garden and maintenance. For villas that are not rented, Home Watch plans start at €110 a month, VAT included.

Yes. Your stays are blocked in the calendar in advance and the villa is prepared for you the same way it is for guests. Many of the owners we work with spend part of the year in their villa and rent it for the rest.

With a property evaluation. Tell us about the villa, we visit it and send you a written proposal: how we would position it, the expected season and the work needed before the first guests. Then we take care of the photo and video shoot, the listings, the prices and the house manual.

Yes, with Home Watch: scheduled visits with a written checklist, a photo report after each one, and repairs organised when something needs attention. Plans go from one to four visits a month and start at €110 a month, VAT included.

Open the villa you like and send a request with your dates, or use the booking request form if you are not sure which villa fits. We reply within 24 hours with availability and a quote. When you confirm, you sign the booking contract directly with MANERI.

The whole villa for your group, utilities, air conditioning where the house has it, and a cleaning every seven days. A refundable security deposit applies, and the amount depends on the villa. Tourist tax, where the town charges it, is extra. Daily cleaning, a private chef, transfers and experiences are arranged on request and paid separately.

The MANERI team. Depending on the villa, someone from our team meets you at check-in or you check in yourself with a smart lock or key box, with instructions sent before you arrive. During the stay you have a direct number for anything, from a restaurant booking to a problem with the pool.
